Andy Green has delivered inspiring talks and training sessions on creativity, creative leadership, opportunity spotting and personal brandcasting around the world.

 

He lives and breathes creativity with a passion for sharing how each of us can unlock our tremendous potential to make our part of the world a better place.

 

Andy is a leading expert and author on the subject and has lectured from San Francisco to Shanghai inspiring audiences to make the most of their situation and achieve more with less.

 

He is the author of ‘Creativity in Public Relations’, now in its third edition and translated into Russian, Chinese, Polish, Indonesian, Croatian and Korean. Andy is also co-author of ‘A minute with Tony Blair’, inspired by a chance meeting he had with the former British Prime Minister. His latest book, ‘Effective Personal Communications’, shows how each of us is a phenomenal communications machine and can make our world a better place.

 

Andy is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, and winner of the Institute’s Sir Stephen Tallents medal. He is a partner with Wakefield-based GREEN communications and creativity@work.

 

He is the instigator of the ‘Stupid Aid – make stupidity history’ campaign. In January he demonstrated how to turn a negative into a positive with his worldwide campaign marking ‘Blue Monday’, the most depressing day of the year.

David Taylor


David Taylor is a Coach, change management facilitator and public speaker.


A graduate of the Coach University Training programme, member of the International Coach Federation and Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, he has been trained in a variety of approaches to support individuals to create positive change in their personal and business lives. This training has also included working in Peru with the teachers and shamans from the Q'ero Indians who live in the high Andes Mountains.


Through his own business (The Edge - coaching and development) he is working as a Coach and Facilitator and as a Director of creativity@work, he works with corporate and public sector clients throughout the UK and abroad. He also runs the Yorkshire Leadership Programme for the Centre of Vocational Excellence in Enterprise Management based in Wakefield.


He has worked with organisations and businesses in Education, Training and Personal Development for over twenty years with a variety of clients and has been mentor to a number of managers working in large organisations and has

developed management training programmes aimed at senior and middle

managers. He also works with SME's to help them identify effective strategic action and plan for successful change. He is currently working with a number of clients developing individual Leadership development programmes for them.


As well as working with the private sector he is currently working with public sector clients on team building, change management and strategy programmes for teams working in regeneration and development. He sits on a number of public committees involved with Arts & Culture and is a board member of DIVA, the voluntary arts organisation for Wakefield. He is Chair of the Marketing & Promotion Group for First, the development agency for the Wakefield District.


As well as being a qualified coach, David has a B.Ed (Hons), an MA and M.Phil. He is an NLP Master Practitioner and also certified in Spiral Dynamics Integral. He is a member of the Leading Coaches Group, providing coaching for executive level managers and Directors throughout the UK. He is one of their Mentor Coaches.
