creativity@work can address how corporate cultures can work to both enhance team and individual creativity and equally hinder or prevent the organisation achieving its creative potential.

Working through a structured programme creativity@work can audit the organisation's current performance, devise a team for managing the change process and serve as creativity champions within the organisation, and establish a framework for monitoring progress and evaluating the impact of the programme.

Our specialist staff have experience of corporate culture and delivering change programmes.

The coaching strand of our activities can either be used by itself or by working alongside the other creativity@work services of training, and culture change.

Organisations can either be sunk by the tide of change or learn to surf and harness its potential.
